FREE SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER $150 and INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER $250 (select option once you reach the threshold).

GRASSROOTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGE STOLEN, LOST, OR MIS-DELIVERED DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR.

ITEMS DAMAGED ENROUTE ARE ABLE TO BE EXCHANGED.

*Due to current government procedures and protocols, packages may arrive late from USPS. Grassroots assures you that we process any standard shipping order, made online, within 3-5 business days. 
*Grassroots processes daily, any online UPS Ground, 2-Day, or Next Day Saver order, if made before 2PM MST, Mon-Fri. Keep in mind no shipping occurs on weekends or Holidays.
*When tracking your package on USPS.com, keep in mind transit times with USPS are not exact and may fluctuate when tracking online.

Domestic U.S. Shipments
• We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses. We offer Expedited shipping services such as UPS Next Day Saver, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day air, & UPS Ground.

* All P.O Box deliveries please use the standard shipping option as no Expedited services are available at this time to PO Boxes.

• Domestic U.S. orders are shipped by UPS and/or USPS. Your shipping charge and carrier service may vary depending on the weight or size of your package.

• A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

• Customers have 12 Hours to contact customer service ( customerservice@grassrootscalifornia.com ) if any part of their order or shipping information needs to be changed. After this window of time, the customer is responsible for any errors.

• We do not ship on weekends. Orders are only shipped Monday - Friday.

International shipping
• International Shipping is through UPS, DHL and your local post office and their affiliates and will typically take anywhere from 7-30 days and in some cases longer depending on Country being shipped to.

• Grassroots California will not cover taxes, duties, or other country-specific charges. These charges can vary as well depending on product costs and size/weight of the package.

• Customers have 12 Hours to contact customer service ( customerservice@grassrootscalifornia.com ) if any part of their order or shipping information needs to be changed. After this window of time, the customer is responsible for any errors.

• Once the package is in control of the recipient's country, tracking becomes variable depending on the country's postal system.

• If a package is refused, the refund amount will be calculated as the order subtotal and applicable taxes, as well as a 25% restocking fee. Refund can only be processed once the package arrives back at our facility and is evaluated for damages.

In-store pick up
•In store pick up is available to anyone that plans on visiting the Denver, Colorado Flagship location in the near future.

•Pick up hours are 10am-4pm, Monday-Friday at:
2550 West 2nd Avenue, Unit 104, Denver CO 80219

•Items are available for pickup within 3-5 days of placing an order. If you are unsure on the status of an order please email customerservice@grassrootscalifornia.com

•Please call ahead before picking up an in-store order to ensure that it is ready for you upon your arrival.

•We only hold in-store pickups for (45) days. After that time expires, you will be refunded, notified of a refund, and will need to place a new order at that time.
