Get Roots with Grassroots This Earth Day

After we celebrate the Cannabis sativa & Cannabis indica plants on 4/20, let us also celebrate our love and commitment to our environment. April 22nd is Earth Day and we've teamed up with a fabulous organization to contribute to global restoration efforts: One Tree Planted.
One Dollar, One Tree.
Based in Vermont, this non-for-profit's mission is simple: "one dollar. one tree." Between North America, South America, Asia, and Africa, trees are planted to improve conditions from forest fires and floods and protect diverse habitats. One Tree Planted uses a variety of tree species to best-fit each project and partners with local communities to create jobs; these are just two ways this organization is committed to the people and plants within our biosphere. Why trees? "Trees help clean the air we breathe, filter the water we drink, and provide a habitat to over 80% of the world's terrestrial biodiversity." That's why.
One Hat, One Tree!
