Q: How do I start a returns or exchange?

Q: Do you remake past designs once they have sold out?

A: Due to the nature of our company being limited edition we do not reprint a design once it has sold out. We do remake designs with different fabrics and colors with some of the more popular items we sell but we never reprint the exact same item twice.

Q: If an item I want is sold out, is there a chance you will you be getting restocked?

A: If the entire shipment hasn't been fully received at GRC HQ then we usually will put up a pre-sale for any items we are still expecting a restock with. Other than that, once an item has sold out it is gone forever.

Q: I see that you have two sizes of snapbacks. What size snapback should I order if I am unsure?

A: Our size s/m snapbacks are meant to fit heads with fitted sizes 7 - 7 3/8 and our l/xl snapbacks are meant to fit heads with fitted sizes 7 1/2 - 8 1/4. Reference our newly redesigned sizing chart for any questions on fit.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: It normally takes anywhere from 24-48 hours for an order to be processed. Keep in mind that we are not open on the weekends so if you place an order anytime after 3pm on Friday afternoon that it will not be processed until Monday morning.

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

A: Depending on the type of shipping option you choose, your package will arrive to you anywhere between 3-10 business days after placing your order. You should get an email from either UPS or FedEx with tracking information. Please feel free to drop our customer service a line if you do not receive this information.

Q: How do I check on the status of my order?

A: Just drop us a line! Our customer service staff is here to help. You can email us at customerservice@grassrootscalifornia.com or call during business hours (9am to 5:00pm MST Mon-Fri) 303-830-4200 and ask for Customer Service. For the fastest service, PLEASE have your ORDER NUMBER ready as well as your first and last name.

Q: What size hat should I purchase?

Q: What are the preferred methods for cleaning a hat?

A: There are hat-cleaning kits that can be purchased. Cleaning the hat with a toothbrush or something with fine bristles and some water with oxi-clean, shampoo, or something of that variety (minimal soap, maximum scrubbing)- the preferred at home kit. You can also buy the hat racks designed to go into the dishwasher and the hat can be washed that way also. Just remember that putting the hat into the dishwasher isn't going to magically provide you with a fresh lid for your dome. The rack does help keep the shape of the hat when running thru the dishwasher. Follow the instructions on the cleaning kits and racks as some don't use soap and are different.

Q: How many Grassroots California store locations are there?

A: Our products are carried in many different locations all over the USA and worldwide, but our one warehouse is located in Denver, CO and the warehouse hours are from noon - 6pm. We are located at 6900 E 47th Ave Dr, suite 1000, Denver, CO 80216.
