How do I start a return or exchange?

Do you remake past designs once they have sold out?
Due to the nature of our company being limited edition, we do not reprint a design once it has sold out. We do remake designs with different fabrics and colors with some of the more popular items we sell, but we never reprint the exact same item twice.
If an item I want is sold out, is there a chance you will restock?
If the entire shipment hasn't been fully received at GRC HQ, we usually put up a pre-sale for any items we are still expecting a restock with. Otherwise, once an item has sold out, it is gone forever.
I see that you have two sizes of snapbacks. What size should I order if I am unsure?
Our S/M snapbacks fit heads with fitted sizes 7 – 7 3/8. Our L/XL snapbacks fit heads with fitted sizes 7 1/2 – 8 1/4. Refer to our newly redesigned sizing chart for more details. For additional sizing information, please see our Sizing Page.
How long does it take to process my order?
Processing typically takes 24–48 hours. We are not open on weekends, so orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed on Monday morning.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Depending on the shipping option you choose, your package will arrive 3–10 business days after placing your order. You should receive an email from UPS or USPS with tracking information. Please contact customer service if you do not receive this.
How do I check on the status of my order?
Email us at customerservice@grassrootscalifornia.com during business hours (9am – 5pm MST, Mon–Fri). For fastest service, please have your order number and your first and last name ready.
What size hat should I purchase?

What are the preferred methods for cleaning a hat?
You can use hat-cleaning kits. A preferred at-home method is cleaning with a toothbrush (or other fine-bristle brush) and water with OxiClean, shampoo, or a mild soap (minimal soap, thorough scrubbing). Dishwasher hat racks can also help maintain shape while cleaning. Always follow the instructions provided with your chosen cleaning kit or rack.
