The gift that keeps on giving? Subscriptions! Grassroots' subscription service is The Grass Box, and it comes in three sizes: the Starter, Standard, or or Exclusive Grass Box. Ranging from $25-$100, this is a great way to get a mix of merch that is randomly selected for you or your special person! You'll be asked to supply the hat and apparel sizes when you sign up, as well as any requests such as favorite colors and artists to make sure that the items selected are perfect! The recurring charge is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time! Orders will be shipped out 2-3 days after the order is complete.

We know how important it is to get you exactly what you want on time. Generally, our orders arrive within 5-10 business days from the purchase date (we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays). However, with COVID and USPS holiday overflow, shipping and delivery times may vary. To guarantee that your orders arrive as expected for the holidays, please place your holiday orders as early as possible!
Returns and Exchanges
You know your friends and homies best and we trust you'll do a great job of picking out hats, apparel, and accessories just for them. The process is completely virtual and online through Return Logic now. But in case you don't all the specifics, here's a quick review.
- All exchanges and returns are handled through our online returns center.
- Exchanges and store credits are accepted within 45 days of receiving your shipment. Refunds are available 30 days after receipt.
- Hats must be in new condition, with original packaging and tagging. If you are returning a hat and no longer have the original packaging, you will need to supply the same size packaging as the original or the return cannot be accepted. Clearance and sale items can only be exchanged for an alternate size of the same item. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process the exchange/return. 100% of the items sold may be refused return or exchange at our discretion.
- After completing the required return request we will review the information provided and if approved the shipping costs will either be covered by us on a UPS pre-paid shipping label emailed to the customer email on file, or N/A meaning shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
- Only brand new items can be returned for store credit or for a refund. Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the requested exchange, return, or store credit
- Once a case is approved it must be sent back within 30 days of approval. All cases older than 30 days that have not been sent in or no contact made will be canceled and archived, no longer eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns for store credit will be given the full value of the product. Items returned for a refund will be assessed a flat 4.20$ restocking fee per item from the value of the refunded product to be assessed by our returns team at the time of exchange. All returns for refunds will be required to pay the return shipping cost.
- Sale items, Grab bags, and stash boxes, are all non-returnable. Store Credit or exchange may be offered in certain cases. Contact email@example.com with any questions
- Customers outside the continental United States are not covered under our returns policy and must pay return shipping costs.
