The sales associate’s role will be to assist the sales manager in gaining and maintaining wholesale and collaborative clients. You will be compensated through an hourly wage plus commission. You will gain vital sales experience assisting the sales manager and warehouse team to boost sales and further advance client relations.

Your duties will include:

• Communicating with and maintaining positive relationships with Grassroots wholesale and collaborative clients
• Expanding client base through identification of and communication with new potential clients
• Cold calling/emailing potential client leads with follow up
• Visiting local clients and potential clients to represent Grassroots and boost sales
• Filling wholesale orders
• Becoming familiar with all Grassroots products and their functionality
• Working with the warehouse team to count in new products, fill orders and complete daily tasks when necessary
• Becoming familiar with Grassroots CRM (Copper), Inventory Management System (Apparel Magic), and E-commerce platform (Shopify), wholesale platform (NuOrder) and using each when required
• Traveling to represent Grassroots at trade shows and some events

• Adequate use and knowledge of computer applications
• Advanced communication skills
• Ability to work in a tight knit team environment
• Prior Sales experience
• *Preferred* Prior use of a CRM system

Part-Time Compensation: $13/hr + commission at 2.5% of sales plus $50 new store bonus
