Week 3 of Live Streams: Yoga, Jewelry, Cooking, Art & more!

Grassroots California continues a series of live streams featuring live music, arts, and wellness workshops! This week's live sessions include art, glass blowing, jewelry making, aerial yoga, meditation, cooking with cannabis, and more! Grassroots Live Stream Aerial YogaNathan Sheets is a yoga instructor who believes in holistic health and uses yoga to improve flexibility and strength. Using aerial yoga silks, Nathan uses gravity to help stretch and recover from a hip-disease. This technique is becoming more and more popular in cities around the world. This yoga flow class will also incorporate meditation and an aerial silks demonstration to show beginners the power of integrating props in your practice. Come HANG out in this interactive wellness workshop for beginners!

Kyle is taking over our channels for a Blingin' Beads day with his UV Grassroots hats and newest creations.


WEDNESDAY, 4/29 at 3 MST: Silky Edibles in the Canna-Kitchen

Grassroots Silky Edibles"Taste. Love. Elevate." For those who crave high-quality treats and a quality-high, we present Silky Edibles' Cooking with Cannabis Live Stream. Silky Edibles elevates the infused experience for those who crave treats but prefer not to settle for "off-the-shelf" candies. From gourmet macarons to tiramisu and all the delicacies in between, Silky is here to infuse treats, dinners, and entrees with a THC-twist. We'll be making a canna-butter biscuit with a bake-along recipe for you at home in the kitchen!

Grassroots Greg LutzkaProfessional skateboarder, Greg Lutzka, is taking us on a virtual tour of "a day in the life" to show us what "good livin'" means to him! With an office full of trophies, new boards, shoes, and GRC gear, we're hyped to hang with this skate-legend and get an exclusive Q&A. Grassroots Light Wizard ArtSteve Willis aka Light Wizard is a "rare breed of human on a fantastical voyage to redefine the framework of possibility. Steve repurposes and upcycles different materials through his very unique process of creative reuse that transforms and elevates objects from ordinary to extraordinary." This stunning process of building, sculpting, and designing is then photographed and turned into HD digital illusions and artwork.  He'll be streaming from across the world in Australia and we can't wait to see what illusionary creation he'll be producing! Take a look at the Light Wizard Grassroots hats we teamed up on this year!


All of our streams will be on Twitch (Twitch.TV/GrassrootsCalifornia) and Facebook Live. Our Facebook streams will then be published videos that you can rewatch, share, and continue to comment on.
