Fall/Winter 2016 Fashion Show & Rooftop Party

Unfortunate for the ones who missed it, the inaugural Grassroots fashion show happened this past weekend in Denver, CO and the rain held out just in time for us to throw a banging event!  The models were sexy, food was tasty, and the refreshments were flowing.

Harmony Extracts sponsored the event and all proceeds were donated back to Yes-On-300 (a social initiative supporting the marijuana movement).  Please check out this page for more info on that initiative and how you can show support.

Our musical lineup for the evening included The Dirty Gemstones, who held it down behind the decks and the one and only Kruza Kid was runway MC.  Rocky Mountain Cheesery provided complimentary grilled-cheeses for the guests.

Each garment from our 2016 Fall/Winter Line were shown along with a surprise appearance by our good friend Chris Dyer.  Flannels, crew necks, hoodies, shorts, and hats were amongst the product shown on top of the MetLo building in downtown Denver, CO.

We also held a silent auction that was a lot of fun!  Items included exclusive products never put into production that were auctioned off. Many people went home with steals that will never be offered again.

A huge thank you goes out to all of the staff and attendees that made the night truly unforgettable.  We are super excited to start the tradition of an annual fashion show, and want you all to be involved during the next one.  If there are any suggestions on how to make our events better, or if you'd like to be involved somehow, please reach out to us at customerservice@grassrootscalifornia.com.

In the meantime, you can catch us at our brand new storefront down in the Santa Fe Art District!  The grand opening will be held on October 24th when we will be open for regular business hours.  The store is located at 846 Santa Fe drive, in Denver, CO and will be open M-Sat from 12-8pm and Sunday from 12-6pm.  Thanks again everyone!
